Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC stands behind its products and is proud to take care of any defects in workmanship, materials, or manufacture errors that may happen.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it at our discretion. If we can't repair or replace it, we will offer it's original purchase price back as store credit.
Only original, unaltered, unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. As well as third-party sales from non-approved Americana Pipedream vendors.
This warranty is not transferable and must be registered here within 90 days of delivery date of order. The order number, product type, color, version, name of product owner, email and address must be used to register warranty. Third-party sales from non-approved Americana Pipedream vendors are not permitted for warranty coverage.
This warranty only applies to Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC branded products manufactured and or assembled in the USA.
Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC has the right to deny or approve any warranty claim for any reason related to the product or history / use of product.

Mil-Tec:
For one year Mil-Tec® warrants that products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Mil-Tec will replace, repair, or grant credit for any product which does not comply with this warranty. This warranty does not apply to any products which have been in any way modified, machined, misused, subjected to accident, or used beyond normal life. Warranty claims should be made through the distributor from whom the product was purchased. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made by us except as expressed above, and we neither assume nor authorize any other firm or person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with our products.

E Ride Pro:
Warranty Coverage:
E Ride Pro Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to offer a limited one-year or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) sold by our authorized dealers or directly through our official website. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.
What is Covered:
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. The Company will provide these repair or replacement services free of charge.
Exclusions:
Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.
Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, the original owner must follow these steps:

Provide Documentation: You will be required to provide proof of purchase and any other documentation that may be requested to validate the warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability:
The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and components. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of use of the Product, or any other expenses or losses incurred due to a warranty claim.
Disclaimer:
This warranty policy is subject to change without notice, and the Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at its discretion. Any modifications will not affect the warranty coverage of Products sold before the change in policy.
