Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items sold by Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC may be offered as a pre-order, subscription, or other delayed-fulfillment purchase option. This policy explains how those purchases may be canceled or changed.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not currently in stock and may ship at a later date.
For items labeled Pre-Order, there is no guaranteed shipping or delivery date unless otherwise expressly stated on the product listing. Any estimated shipping timeframe is an estimate only and may change due to production delays, supplier constraints, freight delays, warehouse intake timing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-order items are fulfilled once inventory is received and processed at our warehouse.
Pre-Order Bike Cancellations
Bike pre-orders may be canceled only before shipping has been added to the order.
If a bike pre-order is canceled before shipping has been added, a 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable credit card and third-party payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
Once shipping has been added to the order, the order may no longer be canceled.
Once a pre-order item has shipped or entered the freight scheduling process, all standard shipping, return, and refund policies apply.
Bikes and Night Vision Devices
Bike and Night Vision Device orders cannot be canceled once placed, except for eligible bike pre-orders canceled under the terms above.
These items are non-returnable unless defective. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in original packaging and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective.
If return shipping or freight costs apply, those costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Subscriptions
If any products on our store are offered as a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be stored securely and charged according to the selected subscription terms unless otherwise stated.
If a subscription renews automatically, you may cancel it before the next renewal charge is processed. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email, if available, or by contacting us at help@americanapipedream.com.
Try Before You Buy
If Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC offers a Try Before You Buy option, we may authorize your payment method before shipment.
You will have the stated evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that stated period and in accordance with the applicable return instructions, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.
Returns and Refunds
All purchase options remain subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy, including all product-specific exceptions listed on the applicable product page.
For U.S. customers, returns and refunds are generally accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
International returns and refunds are permitted only if the item is defective or damaged during shipping or freight. International customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received, processing may take up to 3 business days before an exchange or refund is issued.
Refunds may take up to 15 days to appear depending on the payment method used. International refund timing may take longer.
